Bharat Business Automation (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of Karya Setu Automation Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you interact with our platform — including through WhatsApp-based automation services operated via the WhatsApp Business API.

• Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and business name you provide when you sign up or contact us via WhatsApp.
• Message content — text, files, or other content you send to our WhatsApp Business numbers to interact with our bots (e.g., lead enquiry, quotation requests).
• Business data — project details, product requirements, and other information you share while using our services.
• Usage data — timestamps, message delivery status, and interaction logs generated automatically by the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited when you use our web platform, collected via standard server logs and analytics.

• Deliver and operate our WhatsApp automation services (lead bots, quotation bots, marketing bots).
• Respond to your enquiries and send you requested quotations or follow-ups.
• Send transactional messages (payment confirmations, reminders) and, with your consent, promotional updates.
• Improve and troubleshoot our platform and bot responses.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Our WhatsApp services run on the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message us on WhatsApp, your data is also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to Meta or any third party. Meta processes message metadata (e.g., delivery receipts) as part of operating the WhatsApp Business Platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only:

• With service providers — cloud infrastructure, CRM tools, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• With our clients (tenants) — if you interact with a bot operated by one of our business clients, your information is shared with that client for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
• For legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. WhatsApp message content is retained for up to 90 days in our systems for operational purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Account and business data is retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 3 years for accounting and compliance purposes.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data (subject to legal obligations).
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP to any bot message.
